- GGGeorgeDec 6, 20241.0very poor customer service. Very fishy and sketchy business practices being performed at this location. They don't communicate nor return calls like they say they will. And you are not allowed to talk to anyone outside their office. Sisi promises things but never follows through. I requested the manager to call me twice but he doesn't feel like fulfilling his managerial duties. 12/20/2024: The manager calls me a week after he was supposed (Monday) to And was forcing me to talk to him at a time when I couldn't. When I told him to call me the next business day, he tells me I should call him. I told him I'm the customer and he should fulfill his managerial duties and call me like I had requested a week earlier. He hasn't called as of this date. Very horrible, unprofessional, and disgusting financial institution and office to work with. DO NOT USE THEM. TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE.
