I spoke with Yerlis Guevara and explained the sense of urgency. She sent the information needed in record time. I can't thank her enough, I know this is her job but she was kind and understood my stress level and how important this was. I have never had a bad experience at this bank and I have been a customer since 2005. Thanks again for your hard work.
