I went in to get a new card and change address, from Maryland, and got denied despite giving driver's license and old card and answering verification and told I was verified until they saw a mere $5000 balance and thought that was too much for an African American to have. I was so disgusted, I tried to withdraw to nearly close my account but got denied that too. I will go to one and get my money but I hope they close that and all PNC banks. I have a better account elsewhere.
- GMG MDec 8, 20252.0The good: Customer service is great, I stop by for business deposits once or twice a month for my employer. Short wait times, everyone is kind and curteous. Not so good: I had a document to be notarized for the business but they were unable to assist because I didn't have a personal account with them to "compare signatures" (my ID was presented). It's the bank's policy, so I don't blame the employees for refusing to assist. I hope PNC will reconsider and be able to assist business representatives without a personal bank account with them.

- RRraeoflightAug 9, 20191.0Horrible customer service, horrible long wait times, lack of available tellers, lack of paper documentation for business deposits, and poorly trained employees combine to make this bank the absolute worst. If we were not required to use PNC Bank under our parent business contract, we would close our accounts immediately. If you are a business owner, any other banking option is a better option than PNC Bank, and very specifically the Hilltop branch. Also, lack of online banking services and easy money transfer options like Zelle, are poor business planning decisions.
