The staff in general is very kind and helpful, but I want to especially highlight the outstanding service from the branch manager, Shanin Noorani. He was extremely polite, explained everything to me clearly, and answered all my questions with patience. Thanks to his guidance, I left the branch with complete confidence and peace of mind. Highly recommend this branch for their professionalism and customer service.
- KMKhayr MFeb 12, 20181.0I don’t recommend this location or it’s management. I dealt with a man who claimed to be a manager Shakir NoOrani. I came in to deposit some money into my account only to find out that it was closed without my knowledge. He didn’t bother to apologize or get me to speak with a customer service representative, he went as far to ask why I didn’t go back to the PNC where I had originally opened my account. His demeanor was ugly and rude. He passed me off to another worker instead of taking care of my issues. When I asked why wasn’t I contacted about the closer of my account he said PNC tried to mail me a letter and it was returned (I’ve never had an issue with mail coming to my home) Then I was told that according to the Fair Credit Report Act, I didn’t qualify for a regular account even though the one I opened and was closed without my consent was a regular account. Don’t step foot in this location. Management needs intensive customer care training, have some respect, given that the manager is foreign and I’m a woman, maybe that was the issue. Woman are equals here and we deserve respect.
