Not customer-oriented. Did not even ask me to have a seat and discuss the reason for my visit. Visits are made when there is an issue or a concern. Was not given the time of day because I was not a signatory on the account even if I process items for the account in question.

ATM access doesn’t work even with the swipe of your PNC card. Please get your door system to work properly when branch isn’t open.

Never stepping foot into this PNC branch again. I went to get a new card printed because of an unauthorized transaction. Usually at banks getting a card printed is quick, seamless, and the front tellers can do it. I don’t fault them for that at all though. The wait was 30+ min with 3 actual office tellers. 10 min into the wait 2 tellers were done with their customers and just decided to ignore the fact I’m sitting in the lobby to talk for another 20 minutes. I had to go up to them to actually get their attention. I am a veteran and just moving back home from San Diego. I changed my address with PNC to my new location but my ID still has my old address so I understand asking for another ID in which I gave them my military veteran ID. I also answered the initial account questions accurately. The teller then goes to get another teller and explain and now it feels like an interrogation room, asking me the same questions over and over again when I already answered the account information. While even on the phone with a PNC representative to clear the transaction (because it finally posted that day). Once the interrogation was over one of the tellers tries to make small talk about my time in the military and I tell her where I was and she asks if Afghanistan was fun. Why would you ask anyone that? Of course it’s not “fun”. I am just very disappointed and displeased with my experience at this branch and won’t be returning. Also thinking about leaving PNC as a whole
