  Farida was beyond helpful in assisting me with a CD transfer and trust transactions that I didn’t quite know what the best option were. She was very knowledgeable and took care of my needs quickly and efficiently.

  Well, today I was trying to order something with my money and apparently Zions "detected fraud" and locked my card. So far, Zions has only detected fraud over the years when I try and purchase things. Had a lovely chat with the security department to verify charges and approved everything I had purchased or tried to purchase. I asked if they could stop policing my card, that was an abrupt no. Well, since I said yes to all the charges they saw, now I have bought a lot more than the original purchase because I said they were valid. No idea they were going to approve the purchases, we were talking in order to unblock the card. So far, their fraud detection department has only caught me trying to use my own money. Not really that impressed.
