- LSlaura sellsOct 23, 20241.0Zions Bank just has not been able to help me with anything lately. I have been banking with them for 15 years and this year when I have had a death in the family necessitating banking help all I heard was "no." US Bank was able to perform the tasks I needed help with immediately. When I needed to close accounts I was told I needed a lawyer but Wells Fargo did it for me immediately. Now trying to send a wire but told I need to be there in person. I'm looking for any other way to do this electronically as I am not able to present to a Zions Bank location in person, but they will not help. In good conscience I cannot recommend this Bank. They will not try to help or figure out solutions. They just say "no."

They pay attention to details and go out of their way to solve issues with money saving solutions. Manager is like old times, when the banker actually knew you. Couldn't be happier.

We applied for a line of credit, Assuming it would be an easy process with our history. Our loan officer answered a few emails about the applications and then went radio silence on us. No call backs from voicemails left and no emails responded to. Do not recommend them at all!
