- RRRafael Rodriguez3 days ago1.0Do yourself a favor, listen to the overwhelming public voice, and bank elsewhere. A Money Network check issued a few weeks ago specifically listing the Zion's Bank on 310 S Main St as a place to cash it is somehow printed falsely because their agreement "fell through". No apology or eye contact from the terrible.
- SDSkyler DroubayApr 14, 20261.0This review is not of the branch but of Zions Bank as a corporate bank. I lost my credit card which is my fault of course. I called to cancel it and get a replacement. They informed me they would have to also cancel my wife's card because they are connected and we would receive our new card in 7-10 business days. Of course I can't be without a credit card for up to 2 weeks. I requested they don't cancel the cards and just send new ones so we can keep using her card until the new ones come. They said they can't do that. I asked if I could go into a branch and have a card printed so we weren't without a card, they said no they can't do that. But they did say for an extra $25 they could expedite so we would get our new card in 2-4 business days. I called MACU where I have a line of credit I don't use. Asked if I could get a credit card same day. They said yes, I drove over there and had a credit card in my hands in minutes. Zions, you are way too stiff and old fashioned.
