  Not transparent at all! Jerald wouldn’t even give me a range of the interest rates they charge. Only the loan officers could do that but you can’t speak to the loan officer until you give them your information and set up an appointment to go to their office. I’m well aware the rates will be high but it seems really shady when you won’t even give the range or allow a conversation with the loan officer on the phone.

  Despite my shallow credit they were able to get me approved on my first loan all by myself!!! The front desk lady was patient due to my phone taking forever to pull up my paystubs and submitting documents was so easy! It took about 30-45 mins from start to finish however the front desk lady made sure to check in consistently with not only me but everyone at the office! The lady that helped with my paperwork was amazing as well and super friendly! I will definitely be going to them for any future needs and will recommend them 100%!

  They are nice employees good to work with the only thing I feel they can do differently is to send out statements periodically so I know how much more I owe them

  Been a several time repeat customer and they've always been able to help with a small loan when I needed it in a pinch. Application process is straightforward and usually doesn't take a whole lot of time if you're able to have all of your documents readily available.
