- BHBriar Rose HoldingsApr 22, 20261.0Try to deposit a cashiers check from the bank next door and they put an 8 business day hold. I bring cashiers checks regularly and that makes no sense. MACU or Americas First is definitely the better option.

- WMWhit MartinezMar 12, 20265.0This has been my main life long zions bank. It's old, and outdated. But still a good branch. Very kind friendly people. My main complaint would be the drivethru. It goes down a pretty steep hill and right into the heavy traffic of state street. To go south you either have to go north and make a U-Turn. Or you have to do a really weird U-Turn right out of the drivethrough, on the steep hill to go back through the parking lot. Drive thru is also very narrow. But again, otherwise a good branch.

I stood in the lobby to be helped by a teller, they were all doing other things and left me standing for so long that I went out and got in my car and went to the drive-up window. After I made my deposit I gave them a Zions bank statement that came to my new house that was for the previous owner. They told me they couldn't do anything about it until I provide them with the old owners new address. It is so irresponsible to continue to send sensitive financial information to the wrong address after being told they no longer live there! I am shocked at how careless they are with people's information! So I guess I'm going to continue to get the previous owners statements send to me. Unbelievable!
