  Oso has been doing my taxes for a few years now. I haven’t had any issues until this year. They have been so unorganized, and no communication. They then charge me almost $300 to do my taxes. I’m gonna need to go else where, because it’s been awful.

  I had a frustrating experience with this tax service. There were mistakes and it didn’t feel like the person handling my return really knew what they were doing. For the price I expected much better. I wouldn’t recommend them if you want careful reliable service definitely double check everything if you do use them. Overall it felt like my taxes were handled by inexperienced staff which wasn’t what I expected

  The two times I have went here my taxes were done incorrectly and was told that we have to pay more than we need to. The first time I was initially told I owed 8k because they doubled my income. In the most recent time my wife and I were told we owed 3k due to health insurance reasons and it was emphasized there was nothing we could do about it. We decided to get a second opinion and we were never given the option of filing a 8962 form which reduced our costs to nothing. The people who work here are indolent and unwilling to help.

  Julio and his staff are great! They make sure my taxes are done correctly and they are very honest people. I have never had any issues with them. They do a great job . I highly recommend them. Thanks!!
