  Very disappointed in this branch and their team. As a self employed individual with multiple streams of income I explained my income exactly and was told that being w2 in the same position/company and now 1099 for the past year it would be no issue. I confirmed all of this before moving forward with a credit pull. 2 weeks later they turned around and said they don’t allow 1099 income without 2 years of history. If you’re self employed and own investment properties - be very hesitant when they say they can help you.

  seems like nobody is in charge, and nobody care about the customers who are just sitting in the lobby. No one care to ask if we've been helped. I stopped this one employee but he has to go to lunch..
