  I am not impressed at how they do business in anyway. Contractors and Home Owners BEWARE if you are having write your construction draws. They wrote out a construction check to one of our companies that did not preform any work for there client. We found the mistake and brought it to there attention back in December. The lack of care or concern was worrisome. They had us void the check and send it back to them. I was a little bugged because this bank has used our companies time and resources due to there failure but mistakes happen. I wouldn't have taken the time to leave a negative review over that single day's interactions. We get a call yesterday from there client saying they were charged for the check the bank send us even though it had been voided. Having to waste more of our time to communicate yet again the banks mistake. What started upsetting me was they keep involving us yet again. We do not and would never bank with such a careless bank. They wrote a $8,200 check that the contractor could have been out because of the poor attention to detail. Only our company and there client were working on getting fixed. They could have handled it after I notified them the first time of there mistake. Very unprofessional staff in multiple areas. Please work on your attention to details and conflict resolution skills.

  Y'all have to get an atm like yesterday. Open on Saturdays. Please give the customers more as other banks do.
