  I’m so happy with Zions Bank specialty American Fork Branch,I feel like family every time that I go there, specially with Sandra the Manager her wonderful customer services is awesome

  Trevor and the staff here were great! Opening up a business account with them was a breeze and the experience was light and fun. Definitely recommend this branch!

  My experience with this branch has been consistently frustrating. Communication is scattered, and it’s difficult to get a direct or reliable answer from anyone. Do they even train the bankers? Basic requests seemed to turn into long, confusing interactions, and I often received different information depending on who I spoke with. There was little sense of coordination or follow-through, which made everyday banking feel like a dread. Who do they work for? Customers deserve clarity and professionalism, but that hasn’t been my experience here. I cannot recommend this location based on the lack of consistency and customer care. Processes that should have been simple turned into dread and anxiety. If you value your safety and security, ... find another location, .... this is unfortunately not the place to find it, they have zero customer awareness or concern.
