- MGMonica GrohneJan 12, 20261.0This bank isn't modern and makes it virtually impossible to work with them unless you can go into their physical locations. Charged me for paper statements for over 6 months even though I had digital statements selected and told me it was a software error on all accounts and it's on the customer to call and have them removed (stealing basically). I wanted to close my account and they told me I had to come into a physical location. If you're looking for ease and a decent digital portal to be able to manage your account / money this is not the option for you.

She patiently review most topics and agreement. Cathy's presence and support is very needed and essential to this community.
