- FFFredDec 3, 20241.0I can't charge $10. On my first interstate card without fraud alerts and getting declined but they let someone in new Orleans charge $8000. On a $7500 limit with zero notifications. and then wouldn't let me into my account to see what charges were fraudulent. Gillette police wanted me to provide a printout so they could investigate and S Douglas branch not only no help but rude "Nothing we can help you with". Went to downtown branch to close my account as obviously I can't trust them with my money and somehow they were able to communicate with Montana and get me a printout no problem....so just S Douglas branch useless?
- BRBecky ReynoldsJun 15, 20181.0The automated phone system said the bank was open on Friday until 6pm for the drive thru. Went to one location on Friday at 5:32 it was closed. Went to the other location at 5:38 it was closed too. The date is June 16,2018 it is not a holiday. Very frustrating wanted to cash my paycheck and should have been able to according to the phone message. Never going back.
