  This branch location single-handedly restored my hope in PNC. I am visiting from San Diego and wow! They were so friendly, very helpful, and really made me feel like family. That’s why I had to take a picture. All three, Sam, Kevin, and Katrina, were the absolute best. They opened the door for me, gave my kids popsicles and extra glow sticks they had laying around. Most importantly, they helped me take care of some business that the San Ysidro location in San Diego would not help me with! The Mira mesa location in San Diego also is bad, and only trustworthy that I can rely on having a problem every time I visit. Enough of the bad, I wish I still lived here in WI so I could visit this exact branch every time. Wow, what a difference in every way.

  I had a disappointing experience at this branch, specifically with banker Anthony. He refused to assist me with my deposits because I didn't have all of my information ready and claimed they were too busy. It's a shame because I’ve been a PNC member for over 15 years and have generally had good experiences. However, based on reviews and my own experience, it seems this branch has some issues with customer service. Although they were busy, I offered to wait and ended up sitting at the window for about 10-15 minutes just to be told he didn't have time to get my account numbers and run my checks. To me, it seemed more like laziness than being genuinely busy. I can't speak for the other tellers, as I’ve usually had positive experiences with them. I've been avoiding this branch since then, but if I do return, I will definitely ask for someone other than Anthony. It’s unfortunate, but my experience was quite disappointing.

  Horrible customer service! Kate Shropfer one of the tellers was extremely rude and discussed my banking information loudly in front of other customers stating "just close her account". Mark Tilly the branch manager also discussed my account information back and forth with Kate Shropfer. If you have a concern on your bank account do not go to this branch make the drive to Brookfield.
