I was there accompaning an older special needs person, and they were so patient and friendly and just hands down amazing. Give them a bonus or throw them a party or something, because they are representing the company in the beat way possible. Thanks guys!
- EEEricJul 11, 20265.0This branch location single-handedly restored my hope in PNC. I am visiting from San Diego and wow! They were so friendly, very helpful, and really made me feel like family. That’s why I had to take a picture. All three, Sam, Kevin, and Katrina, were the absolute best. They opened the door for me, gave my kids popsicles and extra glow sticks they had laying around. Most importantly, they helped me take care of some business that the San Ysidro location in San Diego would not help me with! The Mira mesa location in San Diego also is bad, and only trustworthy that I can rely on having a problem every time I visit. Enough of the bad, I wish I still lived here in WI so I could visit this exact branch every time. Wow, what a difference in every way.

I don't think farmers in the Appalachians should have their land taken for this project. And I don't think natural gas pipelines are a good idea when climate change is increasing. Not a good investment for PNC.

He went above and beyond as well as Matt and Vincent to help me get my retirement funds within the same day to help with closing costs of my new home. He played with my two year old for 1.45 mins that's one hour and forty five minutes everyone while he waited patiently on hold for someone to help me! I am absolutely blown away at his customer service and his teams warmth and friendliness. He was so professional and welcoming. He helped me and I'm so greatful! merry Christmas team pnc in Waukesha! I will be switching banks from us bank to pnc bank!
