Todd Polk has been an amazing lender who will work with you on whatever the issues are. The entire Reedsburg office goes above and beyond on a daily basis. They are all so amazing. A big shout out to Rhonda and Jenny.

We're just moving into Reedsburg and we were so thrilled to have such a friendly and helpful experience banking in a new town. Rhonda took the time opening up a checking account, making the deposit, printing up checks, ordering cash cards, and explaining the steps to take for online banking. She even helped my husband fill out the application because he didn't have his glasses with him. She couldn't have been any friendlier, and yet professional setting us up with this account. We also met Cathy who suggested local restaurants and people in the trades to help us with our new home. What a awesome staff working at Community First Bank. This bank came highly recommended to us, and I'm happy to recommend them also.
