  The branch manager, Erin Kearney, is the worst. This April I opened a business checking and credit card, my first check bounced because the signature didn't look the rest... They told me I would be reimbursed the bank fees my landlord accrued, as long as I emailed a photo of it, which I did. Still waiting to be reimbursed. The credit card had two accounts with it, but I only had access to one, so I didn't see all the transactions. I wasn't able to pay it on the app or online, so I called to pay my balance, did, so I thought. A few weeks later I find I still had a balance and missed a payment. Erin told me this was her fault and it then took a month to get this reimbursed after calling weekly. It also took me over 6 weeks to reach Erin, I left many voicemails, she had initially told me she would email me a follow-up, never got. I went in and opened a savings account, set it up at the time as paperless. I started getting paper statements, and was billed for these. I called, left her a message about this. NOTHING!!! The last week I have now left 4 voicemails (very nice). I am officially done with this bank. This June, Erin personally promised me, she would be my point of contact, gave me her office number fyi. I don't know why, she literally never returned a phone call, I had to physically go to the branch. When I first was getting started Dan Curtis, told me he could absolutely take care of my business cc transactions, I just had to update my website, which turned into a small nightmare. The next day he tells me they won't approve my business no matter what. When I grilled him, he told me he always knew this would be the case. I could have had my cc taken care of through the appropriate company two weeks earlier if it hadn't been for me listening to him.
