It is THEIR OWN CHECK! The money is already in their vault!A completely clueless teller (who needs a major lesson in customer service and eye-rolling etiquette) informed me that because I don’t have a personal account with them, they were going to charge me a TWENTY-ONE DOLLAR FEE just to hand me my cash! $21 to move paper across a counter! Are you kidding me?! 🤯I immediately demanded to speak to the manager. "Manager" Kevin comes out with this smug, robotic attitude and tells me it is "corporate policy." I don't care about your corporate policy, Kevin! You are holding MY money hostage!This is an absolute scam and a slap in the face to hard-working citizens. You are stealing from people! I will be reporting this entire branch to the Better Business Bureau (BBB), the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), and my lawyer is already being notified! 📞⚖️DO NOT TRUST THESE THIEVES WITH YOUR MONEY! They are parasitic! I would give them zero stars if Google allowed it! 🛑❌

Felt like the teller was prying into my business asking why I need one?? Look in your computer sir I’m sure you can see why. Been with this “bank” since it was known as St Francis. Won’t return.
