  Great service!!! We were given some hard truths, but definitely needed to hear it! John even went in on a Saturday for us to file paperwork. Not the easiest place to be in financially, but the staff really did a good job making it go smooth!

  Upon meeting John, I knew I was in good hands. He’s laid back, but knows what’s he is doing. He is not your average stuffy/full of themselves Lawyers. If that’s the kind of Lawyer you want, you won’t find it here. He is very personable, and down to earth. He does not fluff things, he tells you what you need to know and how he’s going to help you get there. He explains things in a way the average person can understand. He is willing to answer questions you have as he goes through the process. I am extremely thankful I was referred to his office. I know I’m in good, honest hands.

  Hands down the best attorney I've worked with. I originally found John online and called to setup a consult. He immediately made me feel at ease about my situation. I paid my retainer, signed the documents, and was sent a questionnaire to fill out. His team is excellent and the communication has been top-notch - thank you, Alex and Sherri, you both are amazing. I submitted all of my docs within 48 hours through a secure online portal and signed my initial documents a week later. I'm officially in the process and everything is going smoothly - I could not ask for more. Mr. Foscato is down-to-earth, shoots you straight, and gives you peace of mind. I highly recommend him and his staff.

  No one ever likes getting into this situation in life where we have to file bankruptcy but we all fall and it’s ok to ask for help. Atty John Foscato is super knowledgeable, friendly and caring and leads you down a path that makes filing so much more comfortable to do. You can do it the traditional pen and paper way like I did through him or he has a portal online to make it even easier. The staff are very kind and always there to answer any questions you may have. The price is very reasonable and what’s even better is you can call 100 times and he can mail you paperwork and it doesn’t cost anything additional. It is one price up front, the court filing fees and nothing else out of your pocket. It was a super positive experience with him and his staff that if for some reason I would have to do this again I will of course go back to Mr. Foscato and his staff in a heartbeat! Thank you for all you did for me!
