- OOOtherworldMay 11, 20261.0On hold for an hour and finally walked in to see zero people answering phone calls. One worker was baby talking her purse dog instead of actually working. Said dog then ran around the bank. Another just stared out the window. Apparently EVERYONE'S debit cards were shut off and a 2 second turn on was too much work for them, let alone answering the phones, and theyhad to be told in person to do it. I've had it with this bank. They keep finding new ways to highly inconvenience me or attempt to keep me from my money. CHOOSE ANOTHER BANK!
