    No problems banking at this location they greet you as you come in, if you have to wait there is coffee for customers to have while waiting. I did have to wait long the nice employee took care of business without no problems. They got many services to offer.

    Access to atm has no signage it was confusing. Parking in general is difficult because its just too small for how busy they are. Went inside and the line was too long for how many employees were just hanging out. Every other one I've gone to is much more efficient.

    I stopped in to take care of something and they expected me to leave and wait for a call saying they have time for me. Apparently they think their customers have nothing to do but wait on the bank. They also told me I could drive across town to a different branch. I used to like this bank for the customer service but it seems they don’t have time or concern for their customers.
