Their fees are fair, they give your fee back if you get cash from another cash machine, their mortgage rates are consistently the lowest in the walla Walla area, and their staff are helpful and pleasant to work with.

- SLSharon LeeAug 27, 20204.0Hello….I started to take part in your survey and quickly realized it did not suit a Canadian, who is a US property owner utilizing the branch in Point Roberts. Believe me when I say the Banner Bank is excellent for us in our unique situation. We are able to pay our US related household bills on-line and take advantage of the Banner Bank MasterCard. All of which work very well for us. Our only downfall – and there is just one – is not being able to transfer US funds electronically from our RBC bank to Banner. We have to physically make a trip to the bank to deposit currency directly. And this is very hard at this time of the COVID crisis. We do mail US bank drafts (pony express would be faster) to a very trusted employee (Holly) to the Point Roberts bank location to make the deposit for us. Trust this information is of some service to the bank and perhaps this will change for the better in the near future. Best regards, Bob/Sharon Lee, Point Roberts and in Canada Coquitlam, BC
