Azar or whatever her name is was absolutely no help. To me the reason she "wasnt" able to assist with my issue is because she doesn't want to be incovienced by being asked to DO HER JOB THAT SHE GETS PAID FOR!! So now that heather has left this branch and donavan has switched to the float position and angie is the only helpful one left I'm taking my banking business else where sorry angie, but your manager ruined it for me. She was short with me from the beginning of the conversation and you could tell that she didnt want to be on the phone. Worthless is what is she some branch manager..... yeah right..
