  Absolutely terrible customer service. My 5-year-old son urgently needed to use the restroom, and we happened to be right next to Wheatland Bank. We politely asked if he could use their restroom, but we were refused simply because we aren’t members of this bank. I understand businesses have policies, but showing so little compassion to a young child in an emergency is unacceptable. It costs nothing to show a little kindness, and this experience spoke volumes about how this bank treats people. We walked away surprised and incredibly disappointed. I would never choose to do business with a company that values policy over basic human decency.

  Got to work with Christy King and her team for a mortgage loan and so glad we did because they did not disappoint. The whole process was easy, all questions answered at all times, fantastic service and best part is we never felt like we wasted our time. I would highly recommend Christy and her team at Wheatland Bank.
