  Dear Banner Bank Management Team, I am writing to share my exceptional experience visiting your North Division Street branch. I was thoroughly impressed by the high level of professionalism displayed by the entire team. Everyone was impeccably dressed, extremely professional, and demonstrated a genuine eagerness to help from the moment I walked through the door. The team went above and beyond to answer every single question I had with clarity and patience. In particular, I want to give the absolute highest praise possible to bank teller Izzy. I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about her. Izzy is, without exaggeration, the most outstanding, efficient, and wonderfully attentive bank teller I have ever encountered. Her level of service, warm demeanor, and sheer brilliance in handling my requests were so extraordinary that it almost felt unreal. She answered all my questions seamlessly and turned a routine bank visit into an unforgettable experience.   I have had multiple Banner Bank accounts for a year now. Mostly, it's been a decent bank. But there have been random glitches that have caused annoying problems. Recently my website subscription charge was denied even though it's been set up for a year, with no changes. Just suddenly it's denied this month. There are thousands of dollars in the account, so it's not a balance issue. But the greatest frustration....the absolutely stupid AI phone morass you have to wade thru to try to reach a person who could answer my question in 30 seconds. I cannot overstate how much I hate these AI robot automated help trees that companies like Banner are using!
