- JTJeremy TaylorJun 2, 20261.0I’ve been a Banner Bank customer since 2001, opening my checking account with summer job money and of all the branches I’ve visited, this location is the absolute worst. The employees here are rude and inconsiderate. Every time I’ve visited this branch, I feel as though my presence and needs are an inconvenience, so much so that I’ve even had a teller roll her eyes at me when I’ve asked a serious question about my account. Today (6/2) I went to make a cash deposit into my checking account. The teller asked me if I needed a deposit slip and I asked him if he’d like me to fill one out, knowing that previously I’ve just been asked to provide my ID. He responded, “I don’t know”, so I responded that if he needed me to fill one out, I would. Radio silence. Then I sent my cash and ID thru the chute and he began my deposit. About 4 minutes later, my ID was returned to me thru the chute and still radio silence. No thank you, no acknowledgement of my deposit being completed. I pressed the call button to say thank you, and he just started at me thru the large window and siding respond at all. I do most of my banking digitally, due to this branch being so awful and it being the closest to my home and job, I sometimes have to go to the 3rd location for transactions or questions. I have not had a single good experience at this branch over the last 10 years of living in Spokane. I hate having to go to this branch, and I’m now considering closing my account and moving to another banking institution. It would be nice if there was an ounce of customer service given at this location, but it’s clearly not a priority.
