  Went in with my 4 year old to cash a few checks. She needed to use the restroom and was told no. No public use.

  Love how close this is too my home and love how helpful everyone is when there is an issue but... I tried to see my balance on the 24 hour phone banking and it wouldn't take my pin and my account keeps getting locked everytime I try the phone banking. This is the 3rd time this month that this bank has done this and it's getting REAL old. I also can't seem to log into the mobile banking app as well. the main branch in CDA ID is the reason for all this but it sure is a headache and inconvenient for me, thinking about banking elsewhere.

  Really bad bank. Whenever you ge my a new card you have to call a company so you can use it to shop online. 1/10 would NOT recommend!
