- WLWilliam L.today2.0The service here has steadily went down hill since last year. They have a couple young people there that absolutely have no business working in a bank or customer service. They are slow and half the time don’t even talk to you during the transaction. It’s pretty bad when it takes 10min to make a deposit in the lobby when you are the only customer in there.

The older lady that attended me didn’t even smile at me once and was rude during the whole interaction. It was a lady with short light brown hair and blue eyes wearing a bunch of bracelets. Very disappointed that my first interaction at this bank went like this. I told the lady it was my first time I was sending a check and couldn’t even help me.
