These people are the worst people to deal with in the world. Like I wrote earlier after I informed them that they had the wrong apartment number, they didn't do anything to help me. I tried to call twice and talk to people didn't get any help. And then they said they will put me on a list that I would get a text message. As soon as the package arrived and of course, they didn't text me. I even talked to the animated system and they said that they would text me and I didn't get any information the way I found out my package was delivered and to the wrong address is because I looked at my email and it said it had been delivered and I caught it an hour and a 1 later. Absolutely unbelievable. Zero stars out of five.

Employees seriously need to be retrained. They give incorrect information about shipping requirements, unnecessarily hold packages, and have messed up my shipments before. Really frustrating dealing with this location.

Terrible service. Supervisor is completely incompetent — interrupting, yelling, and getting defensive because her team failed to communicate with her. Took me 10 minutes just to clarify my request with her because she kept assuming what I was asking for. All we needed was the carrier to come out and unlock the mailboxes so we can replace them, as they assured me last week that someone would be out yesterday. They never came. Extremely unprofessional, but I can’t say I am surprised. Despite being very thorough with the person I spoke to last week, getting contact info, details, they somehow still found a way to not take accountability, and not even an apology on behalf of her colleague for missing this or for how she behaved on the phone.

I normally wouldn’t leave a negative review for a government office, but this experience was so unprofessional that I felt it was important to share. I brought in a prepaid package on Monday after purchasing the shipping label on Friday afternoon. Because the post offices in my area are closed over the weekend, Monday was my first opportunity to drop it off. Clerk #25 refused to accept the package, citing a “new” policy that labels must be dropped off within 24 hours. While I understand that employees have to follow policies, what I cannot excuse was the way I was treated. Instead of explaining the situation professionally, she was dismissive, repeatedly pointed to a sign about the policy, and spoke to me in a condescending manner. There was no effort to answer my questions or provide any helpful guidance. I’ve been selling online for years and have never encountered this issue or been treated this way at any USPS location. Afterward, I asked employees at my regular post office about the policy, and they weren’t familiar with what I was referring to, which only added to the confusion. Customer service costs nothing. Even when an employee can’t make an exception, customers deserve to be treated with respect. Because of this experience, I won’t be returning to this location, and I would recommend using a different USPS branch if you have the option.
