- EEEvanJun 24, 20262.0Someone at this location is stealing my packages. Don't go here. Especially if you do the label printing yourself.
- TJTiffany JorgensenJun 16, 20261.0DO NOT USE THE DROP OFF SLOTS unless you want your packages lost or stolen. It's best to wait in line and get them scanned at the desk. I have mailed 6 packages using the drop off option and 3 were "lost". They were not scanned so no way to get a refund through insurance. 50/50 odds is crazy. When I addressed it with USPS they said likely that the package was unscannable. But there never is a problem with that when I use counter service. Also, I have a thermal label printer so that doesn't make sense either. Check out all the other reviews on missing packages, this place needs to be investigated. Update. They lost my packages AGAIN. This time I waited in line and got a receipt. Somehow they managed to put the same tracking number on 4 packages. Then they tried to blame it on the label. I have the labels downloaded and can see the numbers, plus that's not how tracking works. Even if they were going to the same location the numbers would be different. Since the packages have not been scanned, I can't even use the insurance I paid for. The manager they sent to the front was unbelievably rude and should be fired. Instead of trying to help, she immediately tried to blame the man that was working in the front. He wasn't even there that day the mistake happened, and he has always been helpful and kind. This place is complete trash. Inept management and no ability to do the one thing they are there for. Deliver mail.

- TSTony ShawMay 1, 20261.0Do not get your fingerprints scanned here. I needed to get it done for an FBI background check. It took 15 minutes of scanning and re-scanning until the machine finally accepted them. The employee then informed me that if they FBI doesn't accept the prints, they are not responsible and there are no refunds. I naively thought that if the machine had accepted them then it shouldn't be a problem. Within 15mins I got an email back from the FBI saying they were rejected. A waste of $50, not to mention the time.
