This year it falsely said I had huge capital gains and owed a lot of tax, neither of which were true. It said I had duplicates of several of the forms I uploaded. Was a nightmare, and my financial situation is not at all unusual. Plus it's one of the more expensive services. I'm going with hrblock instead.
