  This branch has exceptional customer service! I live a distance away and have driven down when needed and the financial services representative Andrew Lossing is consistent and awesome! If I can’t make it into the branch they are extremely helpful on the phone! I would recommend this branch to anyone needing the personal care and attention. Thank you Andrew Lossing and branch manager for everything you do! You are appreciated!

  Left stranded in a foreign country 3+ times without a way withdraw money. I alerted them in advance each time I left the country to where I would be traveling. It made no difference. I wasn’t able to contact the company for immediate help when my card was being denied because the time zones were so different, but boyyy did I try! They did send an automated message 8 hours later to alert me of the possible fraud (so helpful)! It was very fun to beg strangers on the street for cash to pay for my meal <3 what an eye opening experience! Can’t wait to stop doing business here immediately.

  Exceptional bank. low fees, higher interest paid on accounts, and exceptional people that actually help with banking needs.

  Do NOT use this bank for any type of loan...... customer service sucks..... they ask you for documentation that you provide..... and then they send demanding letters over and over asking for the same insurance info you already sent. Pretty frustrating.
