    This bank doesn't care about their customers. This bank has zero customer service skills. This bank won't protect your money. This bank won't help resolve issues they created Use a credit union instead. This place sucks

    I am writing to express my deep frustration and disappointment with the way Banner Bank has handled my account. Without any prior notice, explanation, or communication, my account was abruptly closed. This lack of transparency is both unprofessional and completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, I am certain there was a remaining balance in the account at the time of closure. Yet, I have received no information about the disposition of those funds. I trusted Banner Bank with my finances, and this experience has left me feeling ignored, disrespected, and deeply concerned.
