I'm not versed in banking practices, but I do not understand why multiple clerks will walk by several times and not help someone with a simple deposit when there is no other customers to assist, or being assisted. Drive up window has the same results. I have been the only one at the window and not get help for close to 10 minutes. And yep, you guessed it...there is either one, or no other customers at the counter getting assistance. Just a little more speedy please! Thx... EDIT: Raised to three stars because of the reply. Thanks for replying and I appreciate the concern you have shown.
