  I've had a generally great experience with Mountain West. There've been a few online-related issues but those have all been resolved favorably.

  Since I've opened my account here everyone been nice to me but this lady Kelli asks to see my I.D when I hand her my bank card to withdrawal $5 all cuz she never dealt with me before. Seems pretty ridiculous in my opinion knowing no one else has asked for my I.D. her Lil attitude she was trying to hide very unprofessional. Why open an account if you don't trust your people who bank with you.

  I live in Spokane Valley now, but I've had better experiences with the Newport branch when I lived up there. And since I was up in Newport anyways, I went there to open my business account. Alahnna was the one who helped me and she was amazing! Very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I saw how patient she was with another customer who needed "extra" help while I was waiting for my turn. And I needed all the help I could get also lol. Love the Newport Branch and the great people there.

  I've been banking with mountain west bank sence 2002, the staff are always friendly and ready to help where they can I give them a 5 star for there over all exalance. I wouldn't bank anywhere else. thank you Mountain West for Everything you do.
