  The online banking for Wheatland banks seems to always be having troubles which is irritating BUT the employees at the Moses Lake branch make up for that. I've had accounts with them for a few years now and have met many different employees, each one kind and helpful. I bank with this bank because of them.

  Don’t expect much for customer service I’ve been banking at wheatland for years and I always have to call the corporate office to have simple situations handled. Don’t waste your time at this branch they are all about the bottom line. Regardless of how much they tell you they are about their customers... the Moses lake branch of wheatland is full of tellers that will lie to your face over an overdraft and then refuse to explain themselves.
