I had to ask for a balance on the new CD and she rattled it off so fast I asked her to repeat it and she still made it unclear. I felt demanding and demoralized. I ask that this individual have more patience with her customers.

The employees are friendly, helpful, and go above and beyond to make your life easy and find solutions when they are needed. In terms of customer service I have never experienced better.
