    I’d give 0 stars if it was an option. After being a customer for over 15 years this bank has become terrible! They do not protect their customers. We’ve had two fraudulent issues in the past year and their response both times has been “there’s nothing we can do for you”… one cost me $15,000 and now $1400. Which then they just took the $1400 out of another account and closed the account without any notice or communication. Even though we have a police report and are trying to get some reconciliation. Ever since they’ve switched from American West to Banner their policies are not to serve the customer. The people working at the customer service counter are very nice, but the bank polices are not for the customer. They allowed the fraudulent checks to clear in the first place. We will be moving all of our accounts to ICCU immediately.

    This is the slowest bank drive thru I have ever used. They carry on a conversation with each other instead of focusing on the transaction you can watch them do it thru the window! No shame………
