  *** edit after the canned response from Banner Bank*** thank you for not leaving your contact information or a way to reply to you. I did email David Kassis- the Issaquah Branch "Managers" boss, however he did not respond. The manager of the Issaquah branch was not interested in helping, so I'm not sure who you suggest I reach out to. Thank you** If I could give a “0” I would. Worst customer service I have ever received in any field in 47 years of my life. From the moment I walked in, the “manager” appeared as though I was interrupting her- she was rude, not interested in finding solutions and ultimately leaving my son stranded in another country with no access to his account. Her business card says she’s a VP? If the company is a reflection of her attitude- I strongly suggest banking elsewhere.

  As a local business we have been banking here for years and they have always been here for us. We love the fact we can walk in or call and they always treat us like a friend. Keep up the great work!!

  This branch is BY FAR the best Banner Bank branch I have visited. I have banked with Banner for years and never had such polite caring service. After a trip to Seattle Children's Hospital, these ladies made my day. I appreciated their knowledge and kindness. Thank you!!!

  These folks are great. Stacy and Trini always have the answers! Tired of waiting in long lines? Never any lines at any of the Banner Banks I go to. Plus you get old fashioned personal service.
