  I’ve had repeated issues with Banner Bank whenever I travel internationally. The bank is not travel friendly and seriously lacks innovation in account access and customer support. I’ve been locked out of my account for over a month while overseas. Despite having my username, password, and identification, I was told I must have access to my old U.S. phone number to regain access (and Verizon doesn’t have service worldwide). This outdated security requirement has made it impossible for me to monitor my account, check for fraud, or manage my spending limits. As a result, I can only make small purchases, and budgeting has been impossible. Worst of all, Banner Bank has stopped responding to my messages entirely. If I didn’t have an emergency account with Bank of America, I honestly don’t know what would have happened. I’ve been left completely stranded by this institution. Until Banner Bank modernizes its systems and prioritizes actual customer support, I cannot recommend them to anyone who travels or relies on online banking.

  As a local business we have been banking here for years and they have always been here for us. We love the fact we can walk in or call and they always treat us like a friend. Keep up the great work!!

  I have been with Banner Bank for 20 years and I wouldn’t change banks for anything. The personal service is impeccable and no ATM fees!

  Drove all the way out here because I needed to make quick and immediate deposit. What kind bank doesn't have an ATM?
