- TWTim WadeSep 27, 20265.0I was in need of getting my online account up and running on 9/25/26. Raquel Cook was able to get everything up and running. She is always polite, knowledgeable, a pleasure to work with. On 9/24/25 Nicole Matni, worked with me in trying to get online banking to work. Had it all set up and something in the front end turned it off when I tried to use it on my computer. She spent 30 minutes setting this up, she is as always helpful, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Both of these woman have always been available to work with me, even if it is to say hello. I have been with Banner 13 years. Cheers, Tim
- RAR andeSep 5, 20261.0I have been banking here for many years. I transferred money in from my brokerage account to my savings account and I forgot to move it to my checking account. Instead of transferring the money or letting me know that I forgot they sent obscure notes that required instructions to access the information and charged fees that greatly exceeded my interest for the entire year and added interest on the charges and even that exceeded the amount I have received in interest with a substantial daily balance. Find a better bank, I intend too.
