- KJKendle JohnsonJun 3, 20261.0Do not use my option! First when I opened account with several thousand dollars I told them I wanted a security word for security purposes. I find out later it was never done! I opened an account to have interest put into besides several thousand dollars in it also to pull as I wanted. It was supose to be no charge!! Wrong!! Once again I was being penny n nickled.. they charged me a under a $ amount fee! Next I called to see when I could close accounts...talked to 1888 number..I was told Wednesday. I made sure Wednesday because I explained to her I had to drive 3 hours to come there. She assured me yep the soonest would be Wednesday!!! So here I am on Wednesday and Ellensburg band manager is telling me I'm loosing 1 month interest!! DUE TO 1 YES 1 DAY EARLY WITHDRAWAL!! SO I RATE THIS BANK 0!!! RUN DON'T WALK TO ANY OTHER BANK. AND GET IT IN WRITING THEY ARE GIVING U WHAT U WANT NOT PADDING THEIR ACCOUNT!!!!!! !!!!

I continued to wait with no additional help for about five minutes. Not a problem I thought, they will be with me when they can. After I continued to wait when the phone rang. The person that said they could help me shortly answered and asked what they could do for the person on the phone. I am not sure why a phone call would take priority over a person who had been waiting in line. I am sure they are fantastic but would recommend calling them instead of showing up in person.
