- COCal OttJul 8, 20265.0I spent years joining & running from banks.. And then I wandered into Banner Bank Burlington, Wa. The customer service at this branch has never let me down! It is so amazinng to deal with a (LOCAL) bank with real tellers & managers always willing to go the extra mile for the customer. I have had 2 instances where my information was stolen (once my debit card from the mailbox & once when my checkbook was stolen.) INSTANT action on their part that saved my finances and my existance! I will be with Banner till the end! Thank you so much "H.K"!!

Then followed up a few days later to check with me about the new account. I had a good experience with the bank.

Over the last several years we have worked with Misty Johnson whenever we needed Medallion and/or Notary services for our retirement funds, etc. Recently she pointed out to us that we could get much better rates than our current high balance Money Market account by transferring some of the balance to CDs and/or a High Yield Savings Acct. After consideration, my spouse and I thought her advice was excellent. We called her, told her our choices and, when we went to sign needed documentation, she had all of the paperwork ready to go. She is our most trusted banker, always welcoming and helpful, and we could not be happier with the service.
