At the time I felt the interest was high, but it was the right house so I proceeded. My banker, Cody Ellison, understood my concerns about the interest rate and for next year she kept me posted and eventually the time came that she told me, in essence, "refi now" this dip won 't last. She was right! She made my refinance happen , and about three days after it closed rates moved up again. Cody has been helpful all along, and I trust her knowledge and good judgement. She made the whole process easy for me, and I recommend her and Banner Bank to anyone

It is so amazinng to deal with a (LOCAL) bank with real tellers & managers always willing to go the extra mile for the customer. I have had 2 instances where my information was stolen (once my debit card from the mailbox & once when my checkbook was stolen.) INSTANT action on their part that saved my finances and my existance! I will be with Banner till the end! Thank you so much "H.K"!!
