    Manager Fabi Torres goes out of her way to make you feel confident and respected. She genuinely cares about her clientele. And it shows. She has helped me with two wire transfers after setting up a new investment account. If I could rate her higher than five stars, I would! Great branch, even better staff. That includes you, Carol! Bothell is now going to be my new home branch.

Banner Bank has been exactly that partner! From day one, the team at Banner Bank has gone above and beyond to support us. Setting up our business accounts was quick and easy, and the online banking tools are super intuitive—helping us manage everything from transactions and payroll to inventory purchases with ease. We also love the mobile app, which makes it simple to check our balance while we’re in the middle of a busy game night. Recently, we needed to refinance after completing an expansion and remodel. Banner Bank came through with a fantastic Commercial real estate loan which more than covered costs and allowed us to expand our inventory. The loan application process was straightforward, and the bank team worked with us to tailor a solution that fit our needs. They truly took the time to understand our business and the board game community we’re a part of. What really sets Banner Bank apart, though, is their customer service.
