The staff are so helpful in passing on my emails and making sure that although I am not in the branch I get the best service a man could hope for. I have been treated with the utmost respect and good humour while getting the best of service from a great distance, through a number of different countries, from Saudi Arabia, to China through all of South East Asia and India and South Asia, if I ever need anything I can email and things get sorted by return mail.

From there, everything is easy and sensible. Except: I was offered coffee, water, and more smiles. This is how a neighborhood business is defined. And that experience has been happening to me I think since 2014. Thank you, Banner Bank in Bothell. I got to get better at welcoming friends and family when they come to my home. (wink)
