She told me that she really appreciates my business and convinced me to stay. Since then she has made it a point of acknowledging me on every visit. I have been self employed most of my life and it's admirable to see a manager like Christina effortlessly anticipate every customers needs without having to be asked by the client. A talent you rarely see especially at her age! Kudos to Banner Bank for hiring such a progressive manager. It shows there is still hope for the banking business in Bellingham. I am now a customer for life. I hope she never leaves, but if so I will be following right behind.
