Shri was incredibly helpful! The first thing she said to me was that I do not owe money. She recommended that call the IRS to try to resolve this clerical error. I called them early when they opened and was on hold for 2 hours before they hung up on me. I decided to just file an amended form and took it to TurboTax to get help this time. Lo and behold, Shri was there again! She helped me fill the form out correctly this time. I am so incredibly grateful for Shri’s knowledge and professionalism. Will definitely go to them for all my tax needs!
