Srinidhi went truly above and beyond my expectations. She was friendly , patient and professional. She even offered to review my taxes and assist me every step of the way, guiding me finally with the appropriate mailing address
- ATAshley TranJun 17, 20265.0I received a notice from the IRS for the very first time ever and I was feeling very anxious about it. I was able to wake in to TurboTax without an appointment. Shri was incredibly helpful! The first thing she said to me was that I do not owe money. She recommended that call the IRS to try to resolve this clerical error. I called them early when they opened and was on hold for 2 hours before they hung up on me. I decided to just file an amended form and took it to TurboTax to get help this time. Lo and behold, Shri was there again! She helped me fill the form out correctly this time. I am so incredibly grateful for Shri’s knowledge and professionalism. Will definitely go to them for all my tax needs!

Although we couldn’t complete the process during the first visit because I didn’t have my personal laptop with me, she went above and beyond by scheduling a follow-up appointment and helping me finish something that had taken me more than two months to try to resolve.
