- JWJeremy Wilkins6 days ago3.0Waited in drive through teller line alone for ten minutes before being acknowledged. The visible teller was gossiping with a customer at the counter. It was the manager who realized the problem and came from the office to help. Ten minutes seems long to ignore a customer.

The tall lady is not nice at all at makes me feel bad. Pam is nice. Not a very good way to treat your employees!!! Shame on you. Lets see how successful you are when half of Arlington moves account to a better bank.should have fired the rude tall bank lady!!! See ya later banner
