I was also impressed with Kacie who greeted me at the door with a smile and helped me at the teller line with my deposit. Great teamwork and location.
- RRRichard RiffleJul 17, 20261.0I would stay clear of this place. Jennifer is a terrible human and unfortunately the same is said for PNC's complaint department. Jennifer made a claim about me. The police found it to be false, the entire history of the account and our business call ins found it to be false, and the call itself found it to be false. But like the same believe all woman she gets away scotch free. This is insane. Not to mention the fact that she does have to be one of the stupidest humans that I have ever had to talk with. I like PNC for their rates and Nick who is my rep, he is amazing but the branches suffer from scraping the bottom of the barrel and it shows in how they treat their clients who store tons of money with them. Sad to see but this is the age we live in. Protect our employees even when they are completely wrong.
