  I had the pleasure of working with Elva, and she was incredibly attentive, responsive, and always respectful. She made me feel like I was her only customer. The staff is also fantastic, with every visit, they are very responsive and helpful. It's a great customer experience, thank you!

  Went there this past Saturday waited over 1 hour to close my accounts a visiting manager assured me those accounts are closed shredded my debit card only to find out my accounts are still open because I get an email alert. By the way there was plenty of staff yet myself and another gentleman both waited patiently. This is exactly why I closed my accounts. Lack of customer service and support
