  The worst experience I have ever had. I've been with PNC since I was 13..... and I am strongly considering pulling out my personal and business accounts due to the lack of customer service at this branch. I spent two hours there today for a simple wire transfer. They dismissed me and sent me not once but twice to call customer service who advised me they should be able to provide a reason for the wire being rejected. It wasnt until the branch manager came in that Leticia even attempted to help me again. Not one person came to speak to me or even offered an apology for the delay on getting answers. The branch manager incompetency and total dismissal of me was disturbing. The customer service rep called the bank several times before the branch manager spoke with her. That was about an hour into my experience. Absolutely disgusting. David may be the only competent member of that team. At least he picked up the damn phone. Attached is a photo of how long u sat at PNC with customer service as they tried to talk the manager into doing her job!

  This is for the 1324 N Great neck road branch. Never really thought to give a review for a bank but I wanted to stop by and let you guys know you are awesome. DAVID at this branch has been very helpful. He is always professional, responsible and my go to guy if I have any questions.

  David is a star example of what helpful and knowledgeable service looks like. He went above and beyond when it came to answering any questions I had and had a great attitude. He is most definitely a 100% certified cool guy.

  Awful customer service. If I could give them zero stars I would. I removed $250,000 today from savings because of how poor the customer service was. I had a checking account that was continually being charged 25 a month for, after being told initially there would be no charge for that account. The manager was not at all helpful. If a bank is making money off my 250K then the checking accounts should not have to pay a fee. It cost me $225 total, as I didn't notice for 9 months. In addition I signed my account into a trust beneficiary and they refused to give me a copy of what I just signed and wouldn't let me photograph what I had signed, stating "not our policy". In my opinion that is not operating with full discloser. Wonder what the small print said? Such better customer service at Well Fargo, Towne or BOA.
