    I had an unauthorized charge I needed to dispute on my account and did not look forward to handling it at my bank due to past experiences with other banks and “Karen-esque” attendants. These attendants always put the customer last- however this Christmas Eve to my Christmas surprise and delight, at my local Tyson’s PNC branch, a beacon of light and professionalism appeared- This manager, by the name of Farah, went above and beyond to hear out my frustrations and remedy the situation to a level higher than my own expectations. As a customer, It really demonstrated that having managers like Farah, can leave an imprint of positivity surrounding the brand they represent (PNC) and makes you want to take a minute to leave a review. 5 Stars
